1 large onion, peeled
6 oz. (2/3 c.) fat-free plain yogurt
8 oz. fat-free cream cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper or to taste
1 tsp. dried dill weed or 2 tsp. fresh dill
2 large cucumbers, peeled and cut into bite-sized cubes
Chop onion in food processor or blender. Add yogurt, cream
cheese, salt, pepper and dill. Blend until well combined. Transfer
to medium bowl. Fold in cucumber. Chill until ready to serve.
Yields 12 (1/4-cup) servings. Contains .5 points per serving.
