CREPES

(French Pancakes)

1 c. all-purpose flour
2 egg whites (1/3 c. liquid egg whites)
1 c. fat-free milk
1/2 tsp. salt
fat-free cooking spray (butter flavored is best)

0-Point Topping Suggestions:
1 Tbsp. light syrup
1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
fresh berries or bananas
cinnamon
1 tsp. walnuts
ICBINB spray

*Note that using 2 or more 0-Point Toppings may add up to 1
or 2 points.

Whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Grease 8-inch
frying pan with fat-free cooking spray. Let pan heat up. Coat pan
with thin layer of batter (approximately 1/4 cup of batter). Cook
each recipe for about 30 seconds, flip and then cook other side.
Yields approximately 10 crepes (1.1 points per serving).

Serving Suggestion: Three crepes for 3.3 points.
