16 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 c. chopped pecans 1/4 c. minced green bell pepper 2 Tbsp. minced onion 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt 1 c. chopped pecans Combine cream cheese, pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt in bowl; mix well. Shape into 2 balls. Roll in remaining 1 cup pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill overnight. Serve with thin wheat crackers. Yields 64 servings.
