8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. pimento
1 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. Cheddar cheese (mild or sharp)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Mix cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, pimentos and Worcestershire
sauce by hand. Roll out on waxed paper and pour pecans on it.
Form cheese mixture into 1 or 2 balls and roll into pecans. Chill
for 2 hours.
