1 (8 oz.) jar Dijon mustard 2 Tbsp. poppy seed 3/4 lb. thinly sliced ham 1 c. butter or margarine, softened 2 (7 1/2 oz.) pkg. party rolls 8 oz. thinly sliced Swiss cheese Combine first 3 ingredients and mix. Cut rolls in half. Spread mustard mixture on each cut side. Place small amount of ham and cheese on bottom of each roll. Cover with top half of rolls and wrap in foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Yields about 3 1/2 dozen. Note: Rolls may be assembled ahead and frozen. To serve, thaw and bake at 300 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
