1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 large onion, chopped
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated (save 1/2 c. for top)
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan.
In a large skillet, cook and stir sausage and onions over medium
heat until brown. Drain and set aside.
In large bowl, thoroughly mix Bisquick, milk, 1 cup of cheese,
eggs, sour cream, salt and paprika. Add the drained sausage and
stir. Pour the mixture into the baking pan and sprinkle 1/2 cup
of cheese on top.
Bake, uncovered, until set, about 30 to 40 minutes. Cool for
10 minutes and cut into squares.
