3/4 c. olive oil
12 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 c. and 2 tsp. basil
1 1/2 c. parsley
6 lb. tomatoes
Heat olive oil with garlic, red pepper, basil and parsley for
2 to 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer for 45 minutes. Serve
with favorite pasta.
