16 oz. uncooked macaroni
3 c. seedless grapes
1 c. chopped celery
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento
1 green bell pepper, chopped
3/4 tsp. celery seed
1 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1 3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Cook macaroni, using package directions for 5 to 7 minutes or
until just tender. Cool. Combine macaroni, grapes, celery,
pimento, green pepper, celery seed and almonds in bowl. Mix well.
Combine mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice in small bowl; mix
until sugar is dissolved. Add to macaroni mixture; toss to mix.
Chill overnight. Yields 12 servings.
