1 head cabbage, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 c. vinegar
4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
Combine cabbage, green pepper and onions with 1 cup sugar in
bowl; mix well. Combine oil, vinegar, 4 teaspoons sugar, celery
seed and salt in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring to mix well.
Pour over cabbage mixture; mix well.
Spoon into airtight container. Chill for 4 hours or longer.
Yields 8 servings.
