5 lb. chicken breasts
1 c. toasted pecans, chopped
3 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 tsp. curry powder
mayonnaise to taste
salt to taste
Dice cooked chicken fine and add remaining ingredients. Mix
until chicken is well coated. Serve with lettuce as a sandwich.
