2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/3 c. mayonnaise
Combine chicken, pecans, green pepper, celery and pineapple
in bowl; toss to mix. Add mayonnaise; mix well. Chill overnight.
Yields 8 servings.
