20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice 6 oz. family size Jell-O (may use sugar-free Jell-O) 2 c. buttermilk 8 oz. fat-free Cool Whip 1 c. chopped nuts (any kind) Place pineapple and juice in a pan. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Remove from heat. Add Jell-O. Stir until Jell-O is dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Stir in buttermilk. Fold in Cool Whip and mix well. Stir in nuts.
