1 head lettuce, broken into bite-sized pieces
1 (16 oz.) can LeSueur green peas, drained
2 onions, thinly sliced
2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Layer lettuce, green peas and onion slices into glass bowl.
Spread mayonnaise over top, sealing to edge. Sprinkle with sugar.
Top with cheese. Chill, covered with plastic wrap, overnight.
Yields 12 servings.
