CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP

2 bundles (stalks) fresh broccoli, cut up in pieces
3 to 4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cans chicken soup
1 small onion
1 tsp. black pepper
cornstarch

Fill pot with 2 to 3 quarts of water. Add broccoli, bouillon
cubes, onion and pepper to pot. After broccoli has cooked until
almost tender, add cream of chicken soup. With each can of soup,
add 1/2 can of milk or water. Thicken with cornstarch to desired
consistency.
