1/2 c. catsup 1 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce 1 medium onion, chopped 3 Tbsp. sugar 3 Tbsp. dry mustard 1 Tbsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 (4 lb.) Boston butt pork roast Mix catsup, water, Worcestershire sauce, onion, sugar, dry mustard, black pepper and cayenne pepper in bowl. Pour over roast in roasting pan. Roast, covered, at 350 degrees for 4 hours. Let stand until cool; drain. Bone and pull roast apart; return to pan. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour longer. Yields 8 servings.
