CHICKEN CASSEROLE

2 sticks butter
6 skinless chicken breasts
poppy seed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
60 Ritz crackers

Boil chicken and cut up in small pieces. Mix cream of
chicken soup and sour cream plus 2 tablespoons of poppy seeds and
mix well and put aside. Add butter, softened, and crackers and 2
more tablespoons of poppy seeds and mix well and set aside.

Start by putting 1/2 of cream of chicken mixture in bottom of
dish. Top with chicken. Continue to layer with chicken and then
cream of chicken mixture. Then top with crackers mixture. Bake
for 30 or 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
