2 c. cooked rice
2 c. cooked shrimp, cut up
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. pimento, chopped
1 can tomatoes
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. mushrooms, chopped
Mix together all ingredients. Pour in greased 2-quart
casserole dish. Cook at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
