1 (3 lb.) sirloin tip roast
1/2 c. flour
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 envelope brown gravy mix
2 c. ginger ale
Coat roast with flour. Place in crock-pot. Combine soup
mix, gravy mix, ginger ale and remaining flour in bowl; mix well.
Add to crock-pot. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until roast is
tender. Yields 6 servings.
