house seasoning
1 c. salt
1/4 c. black pepper
1/4 c. garlic powder
10 to 15 lb. fresh ham
1 small bottle soy sauce

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix first 4 ingredients together. Rub
ham with soy sauce and thoroughly coat with house seasoning.

Place, uncovered, in the oven for 18 to 20 minutes per pound
or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees on a meat thermometer.
When done, let ham rest for a few minutes before slicing.
