1 lb. bulk sausage
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
4 to 5 cubanelle peppers
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the
sausage, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Stuff
equally into the peppers and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 22
to 25 minutes or until no pink remains in the sausage.
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Finish cooking the peppers
on the grill for 3 or 4 minutes per side.
Makes 4 to 5 peppers. Preparation time is 15 minutes.
Cooking time is 25 minutes for a total time of 40 minutes.
