1 1/2 lb. pork steaks, cut in 2-inch cubes 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1/4 c. water 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. oil 1 large can pineapple chunks (save juice) Sauce: 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 1/4 c. cooking wine 1 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. ginger 2 Tbsp. cornstarch Mix flour, seasoned salt, egg and 1/4 cup water. Dip pork cubes in butter. Cook in one-inch of hot oil until brown and tender, about 15 minutes. Combine sauce ingredients (except cornstarch and pineapple juice); bring to a boil. Thicken with cornstarch dissolved in pineapple juice. Add pineapple chunks and stir well. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour over pork and keep warm.
