4 Cornish game hens, thawed 1 c. fresh orange juice 3 Tbsp. honey 1 (20 oz.) can Dole pineapple (crushed) grated peel from 2 large oranges 2 Tbsp. cornstarch Sprinkle thawed hens with salt and pepper. Roast in 350 degrees oven for 1 hour. In a saucepan, combine all remaining ingredients. Cook until sauce boils and thickens. Spoon over hens to serve. Makes 4 servings.
