1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. uncooked rice
Brown ground beef and drain off fat. Add onions, celery and
green peppers and cook until lightly browned. Add salt, pepper,
soups and rice; stir well. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Place in a greased, covered casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees
for 25 minutes. (Top with a layer of grated cheese.) Let cheese
