2 sticks butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
6 chicken breasts (without skin)
16 oz. sour cream
60 Ritz crackers
Boil chicken and cut into small pieces. Add the cream of
chicken , sour cream, 2 tablespoons of poppy seed and mix well.
Put aside. Add the butter, softened, crackers and 2 tablespoons
of poppy seed and mix. Put aside.
When chicken is done, cut it up and put half in baking dish.
Then layer with half of soup mixture, then half of cracker
mixture, then layer soup and cracker mixtures again. Bake 35 to
60 minutes at 350 degrees.
