1 fresh picnic ham salt pepper crushed red pepper Texas Pete hot sauce vinegar Rinse ham off. Place in big pot with salt and pepper to taste and boil until done. Drain from water and let stand on rack until cool. Thread with fingers to pull meat from bone. Add crushed red pepper, Texas Pete hot sauce and vinegar until desired taste is achieved. (Optional: May add more salt and pepper, if needed.) Mix well. Then place in big roaster pan and bake for approximately 45 minutes or until brown. Let cool and enjoy.
