1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. raw oatmeal (1-minute oatmeal)
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium size onion
Mix all together and brown on both sides on top of stove
(approximately 15 minutes) on each side, then add a can of
mushroom soup and a can of water. Add a little pepper and sage to
taste. Simmer for 30 minutes. Slice and simmer for 15 to 30
