Grind pork sausage (lean meat ham or shoulder) up with mixer
until fine. Season meat with red pepper and pork seasoning, found
on grocery store meat counter. Season meat to taste.

Fry, then taste. If you need some more seasoning, add to
taste. Mix well, then put in casing (hog guts).
