Different meats to use: Liver, lites, some part of the hog
Season pudding with red pepper, sage, onions, salt, cornmeal
and poultry seasoning. Mix well and stuff in hog casings. Cook
for a few minutes in hot water.
Note: Old fashion way to make Hog Pudding was to cook all
meats together in washpot until done, then take out any bones.
Then grind up and mix all seasoning together.
