1 c. cornmeal 1/2 c. flour 1 egg 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 Tbsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. soda 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. melted butter 1/2 c. bread crumbs 3 boiled eggs 1/2 c. saltines 1/2 c. celery 1/2 c. onions 1/4 c. melted butter salt and pepper to taste Mix first 8 ingredients and bake at 400 degrees until well done. Crumble cornbread into small particles and add the remaining ingredients. Mix with turkey stock until soft. Placed in greased baking dish and bake at 400 degrees until done.
