2 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. basil leaves
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 bay leaves
2 cans tomato paste
1 large tomato puree
1 large onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. oil
Put oil in pot. Add chopped onion and brown. Add tomato
paste and tomato puree and 3 cans of water. Stirring
occasionally, add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 3 hours. Add
meat balls when sauce begins to simmer.
3 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
