1 small bag herb stuffing mix
1 small bag cornbread stuffing mix
2 rolls Ritz crackers
1 large onion or 2 medium onions
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of celery
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 ribs celery, chopped
4 boiled eggs, chopped
1 stick butter
Cook chicken parts; giblets and backs. Chop meat into small
pieces. Add poultry seasoning, celery, boiled eggs and butter.
Use chicken stock to moisten stuffing. Mix all ingredients and
place into turkey or chicken. Place in deep baking pan and brown.
Note: Use oysters instead of chicken parts or use both.
Decrease recipe into one-half.
