1 lb. lean ground beef 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped 3 onions, chopped 4 c. canned tomatoes 1/2 c. uncooked rice 2 tsp. chili powder garlic to taste salt to taste Brown ground beef with green peppers and onions in skillet, stirring until ground beef is crumbly; drain. Add tomatoes, rice, chili powder, garlic and salt; mix well. Simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Garnish with sour cream. Yields 5 servings.
