4 to 6 medium potatoes, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced (gives great flavor)
1 bell pepper, sliced (gives great flavor)
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
4 to 6 pork chops, browned
In a large, greased casserole or baking dish, place browned
pork chops. Layer with potatoes, peppers and onion. Repeat those
three until dish is full. Spoon mushroom soup and 1 1/4 cans of
water over top. Salt and pepper and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1
1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
