4 eggs 2 c. milk 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup 6 oz. pkg. Caesar croutons 1 lb. can salmon, flaked 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. chopped onion 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese In medium bowl, beat together eggs, milk and soup. Stir in croutons, flaked salmon, green pepper and onion. Pour into buttered baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set in center.
