3 c. sweet potatoes 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 stick butter, melted 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla Cook and mash sweet potatoes. Mix with remaining ingredients and pour into a baking dish. Topping: 1 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. flour 1 c. pecan pieces 1 1/3 butter, melted Mix brown sugar, flour, pecans and butter and pour over potato mixture.
