SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

3 c. sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 c. margarine
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Beat all ingredients together and pour into a greased 2-quart
casserole dish.

Topping:
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. margarine, melted

Combine ingredients and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over
potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Yields 6 to 8
minutes.
