3 c. cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. small marshmallows
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1/2 c. milk
dash of cinnamon
Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish, 8 x
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. melted margarine
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
1/3 c. self-rising flour
Mix well. Mixture should be crumbly. Sprinkle over
casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
