CORN PUDDING

2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 (16 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
1/4 c. corn meal
1/2 onion, chopped

Place eggs, milk and creamed corn in a bowl and mix well.
Add corn meal and mix well. Add onion; mix well. Pour in greased
pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6.
