1 large cabbage, cut into very thin strips and washed 3 to 4 Tbsp. fatback grease salt to taste Place grease in pot. Heat until hot. Add shredded cabbage. Season with salt. Reduce heat to medium and cook until crisp-tender. Stir occasionally. (Don't add water.)
