1 head cabbage 1/2 c. cooked rice 1/4 c. onion, chopped 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 lb. hamburger 1 (8 oz.) can sour cabbage kraut, chopped 32 oz. spaghetti sauce 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. salt Core and boil cabbage leaves until curl. Cook rice with salt and pepper. Drain rice and let cool. Mix hamburger, onion and rice together and form into palm size balls. Grease or spray casserole dish. Then line casserole dish with can of sauerkraut. Put small amount of spaghetti sauce on cabbage kraut (spread evenly over bottom of dish). Then roll hamburger mixture in cabbage leaves. Place on layer of cabbage kraut. Pour over remaining spaghetti sauce. Bake approximately 45 minutes in preheated oven at 375 degrees. Serve hot. Enjoy.
