6 baking potatoes
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and broken into pieces
1 1/2 c. cheese
3 or 4 whole scallions, chopped fine
1 c. sour cream
Bake potatoes until done. Slice in 1/2 lengthwise. Scoop
out most of potato. Fill with bacon and onion. Top with cheese.
Put in oven and bake until cheese melts. Top with sour cream.
