3 large Vidalia onions 1 stick margarine 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream 1 egg 1/2 tsp. hot sauce 1 (16 oz.) shredded medium sharp cheese 1 pie crust Bake pie shell until light brown. Saute onions in margarine until transparent. Pour onion mixture into bowl. Add all other ingredients into bowl, but cheese. Mix well. Pour into pie crust. Cover pie with cheese.
