1 1/2 lb. squash 1 medium onion 1 c. grated cheese salt and pepper to taste 1/4 c. milk or cream 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine 1 Tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. crushed crackers Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 1 to 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cook squash and onion in small amount of boiling, salted water until tender. Drain well and combine with remaining ingredients, except 1/4 cup cheese and crackers. Place in dish and sprinkle remaining cheese and crackers on top. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
