Equal Spoonful 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 3/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground cloves 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 c. reduced-fat chocolate baking chips Mix together pumpkin, oil, applesauce, eggs and molasses in a large bowl. Combine all-purpose flour, whole-wheat flour, Equal, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Line muffin tin with paper liners or spray with nonstick spray. Fill 3/4 full. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
