5 jumbo refrigerated biscuits, cut into quarters 1/4 c. margarine, melted 1 1/4 c. Equal Spoonful or 3 Tbsp. Equal for Recipes or 30 packets Equal sweetener 2 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon 2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, sliced into 1/4-inch thin circles and cut in half 3 Tbsp. apple juice concentrate, thawed Roll biscuit quarters into melted margarine. Coat biscuit pieces with combined Equal Spoonful and cinnamon. Arrange biscuits in an 8-inch round cake pan. Stand 8 apple halves around the edge.
