4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 3/4 c. sugar 7 tsp. baking powder 3/4 c. margarine 4 beaten eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. milk 2 c. frozen blueberries or chocolate chips Combine dry ingredients with pastry blender; cut in margarine. In another bowl, beat eggs, vanilla and milk together until frothy. Pour into dry mixture and stir just until blended. Do not overmix. Gently fold in blueberries or chocolate chips. Spoon into baking cups in a muffin pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
