Grease bottom of loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3, generously. Beat all ingredients vigorously with spoon for 30 seconds. Pour batter into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean 55 to 65 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan. Remove from pan.
