1 box Duncan Hines spice cake mix 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix 3 eggs 1 c. applesauce 1/2 c. chopped pecans 2 large ripe bananas, mashed 1/2 c. coconut 1/4 c. milk Blend dry cake mix, milk, bananas, applesauce and eggs in large bowl at low speed until moistened. Add nuts in for the last thing. Pour mixture in two greased loaf pans. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
