2 sticks butter (soft) 1/2 c. powdered sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 c. flour (Swans Down or plain) 2 c. finely chopped nuts Mix ingredients together. Roll into small balls, size of a nickel. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees until golden brown. Remove and roll in powdered sugar while warm. When cooled, roll again in powdered sugar and place on wax paper to cool. Yields 50.
