Equal Spoonful 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar dash of salt 1 tsp. orange peel 1/2 c. dried cranberries 1/2 c. chopped walnuts Cream margarine in a medium bowl. Beat in egg and frozen orange juice concentrate. Combine flour, rolled oats, Equal, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt and orange peel in a separate bowl. Add dry ingredients into the creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in dried cranberries and chopped walnuts. Drop by teaspoons into a lightly sprayed, nonstick cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, until bottoms are lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.
